Franz Peindl

Franz Peindl

.
Franz Peindl is best known perhaps as the Renault dealer in the town of Hartberg, Styria, Austria. Having started out as an electrician, he gradually built up an auto shop, which soon became independent, and is now the premiere auto shop in Hartberg, dealing Renaults and Alfa Romeos.

Now that Franz has retired part-time, he is devoting himself to the music he has always loved. He has long enjoyed writing songs (including a musical "Love" and a mass Friedensmesse), and singing.

His musical Love appeared in 2005 to significant acclaim, played at the Rittersaal of Schloss Hartberg (over 1000 in attendance). The Windlicht ensemble (founded by Peindl in 2008) appeared at Schloss Hartberg (Rittersaal) in 2009, and in 2010 the Friedensmesse was performed in cathedrals and churches in Wenigzell, Hartberg, and Graz.
